Attorneys Courtland E. Palmer and A. Mina Tran are the foundation of our firm's practice. Mr. Palmer, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, has been a lawyer in California for more than 30 years. Ms. Tran is an immigrant herself and has made immigration law the focus of her practice for more than a decade.
